Production Journey

Fabric warehouse & Fabric inspection

Every order begins in our fabric warehouse, where quality and quantity are met with rigorous inspection before production. The space is organised for our high standard of safety and efficiency, and every roll is checked for precise colour, texture and any defects before we move on to any steps. Quality control begins here and continues throughout the entire process to ensure each stage meets our standards and clients’ expectations.

Cutting & Bundling

After approval, the fabric moves to cutting and numbering. Each component is measured and cut with precision to maintain an accurate standard. The pieces are numbered to keep matching parts together, ensuring every garment comes from the same batch of fabric for consistent colour and texture. Any mismatches are spotted before the next stage.

Sewing Lines & Quality Control

This is where the garment takes shape after many individual components come together. Skilled workers sew and assemble the pieces with refined attention to details. Every stitch is examined for alignment to make sure the product holds up strong and looks clean. Supervisors oversee each section of quality control to catch and correct issues early, keeping the quality consistent.

Ironing & Packaging

Once sewn, each garment goes through ironing to refine its final looks. Seams are straightened, wrinkles are carefully pressed out. This step ensures the final garment not only meets the required standard but is also ready for display. This step is inspected once more to ensure the garment is sharp and clean for the final process.

Stocking & Exporting

Finish products are organized, labeled and packaged according to each client’s order requirements. The packaging team ensures all items are clean, properly folded, goes through required security checks, and protected for shipment. Before finally leaving the facility, every package undergoes one last quality review to confirm the correct quantity.
